Commercial, new construction fronting along Highway 17 in Murrells Inlet, SC.  The design planning process focused on the Overlay District for Highway 17.  The building required a departure from Jiffy Lube standard branded designs.  Consideration was made for the context of the site and the needs of the owner for their branded identity and functionality.  The program called for the oil and lube service as well as the Mulit-Care bays for more involved services.  Material selection, orientation and efficient space planning guided the design.
